Rock on...

Went to the No Doubt concert on wednesday at the SB bowl. Wow. That was defintly the coolest concert I've been to. Though that's not saying much since I don't go to concerts to often. Had a blast. They played mostly songs from the tragic kingdom album. No new stuff. It was lots of fun. And very inspired to get fit. Have you sen Gwens wash board abs. Holy cow. She almost 40, 2 kids later and just amazing.

Very fun getaway. We stayed in SB overnight. Hung out, walk on the beach, shopped, ate. Yup an excellent vacation.
